Reconstitution calculator
Calculate peptide concentration after adding bacteriostatic water and how many units to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Results
Enter your vial details to see how much to draw.
How this works
Concentration = peptide in the vial ÷ water added. 5 mg in 2 mL is 2.5 mg (2,500 mcg) per mL.
Units to draw: U-100 insulin syringes hold 100 units per mL, so each unit is 0.01 mL. Units = dose ÷ concentration × 100.
